From Scan to Sole: Our Process

 

 

STEP 1 – FOOTSCAN® AND ANALYSIS: Begin with an in-depth interview about your medical history and activities. Our experts then use our custom-developed dynamic Footscan® system to scan and analyse your gait.

 

 

 

 

 

 

STEP 2 – BESPOKE ORTHOTIC 3D-PRINTING: Based on the data collected, our software, integrated with Footscan® technology, creates a tailored design. This design is adaptable to your specific needs or expert recommendations. Our 3D printer then transforms the digital design into ultralight custom orthotics, adding a shock-absorbing comfort layer.

 

 

 

 

STEP 3 – QUALITY CONTROL AND DELIVERY: After a final quality check, approximately 2 weeks later, you're invited to fit your orthotics. This ensures your body receives the balance it needs for optimal comfort and performance.
