I qualified in 1991 from University of Brighton, Sussex, and worked in private practice in the Brighton area until 2003 when I moved to Essex.
I have worked for the NHS part-time since coming to Essex, currently in the Basildon area where I now live.
I see you as a person not a client, I have a holistic interest in all my clients as I believe that health conditions are only solved by working together with healthcare professionals on an equal basis. I listen to you and then I give you the options, it’s always your choice.
My special interest is in the diabetic foot and prevention of complications. I have specialist training in vascular assessment via The Royal College of Podiatry and expert knowledge of the renal foot. My main work is in diabetic wound care, but I also like to take care of the small things when seeing clients and do my best to give you exactly what you want.
When not at work, I like going out into nature, long walks with my partner, enjoy my garden and I like to travel a lot. I live with my partner and two wonderful cats who rule our home!
